  • Firm tofu – 1 block
  • Olive oil – 2-3 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce – to taste
  • Spirulina powder – 1 tsp.
  • Sweet onion – 1/4th

And now for the method of preparation:

  • Wash and cook the rice as normal. Dice the tofu, and then the onion.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and add the onions – cook till brown. Next, add the tofu and then stir fry.
  • Add the seasonings and the soy sauce and cook well. Add the Spirulina too.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together – and serve.
  • Serve warm!
